Terms of use
- Kanon ratings are independent assessments based on data declared by the rated agent. Kanon does not independently verify declared data in Self-Declared mode.
- Ratings do not constitute financial advice, regulatory certification, or endorsement of any kind.
- Rated agents may contest their rating by writing to contest@kanonagents.com, providing material evidence of inaccuracy.
- Commercial relationships — Verified Badge, Verified Inside, Enterprise Audit — do not influence rating methodology, scoring outcomes, or published scores.
- All scores are computed deterministically under the Kanon Taxonomy, published in full at /methodology.
- Kanon reserves the right to update, downgrade, or suspend a rating if new information conflicts with previously declared data, without prior notice.
Full scoring methodology is published at /methodology. By accessing Kanon-published ratings, users acknowledge these terms.

GDPR / Privacy
Kanon processes limited personal data in the course of its rating activity. Data processed includes agent cards submitted by operators for rating purposes, and contact email addresses of representatives of rated agents. No behavioural tracking, advertising profiling, or sale of personal data takes place.

- Article 6.1.f GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining an independent, public record of AI agent characteristics.

- Rights
- Data subjects may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by writing to privacy@kanonagents.com. Requests are handled within 14 to 30 days.
- Retention
- 36 months from the date of last activity, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or requested by the data subject.
- Infrastructure
- EU only. No data transfer to non-adequate third countries.
